Pop-Up Event // Regional Shoreline Adaptation Plan

Join BCDC and our partners at this local community event to talk about climate change adaptation and sea level rise, and tell us what you love about the Bay Area!

As part of BCDC’s Regional Shoreline Adaptation Plan, we are creating a shared vision for the future of the Bay Area. We’re asking communities around the region to take a survey about their biggest concerns and priorities for climate adaptation along the Bay shoreline. We want you to help us reimagine our relationship to the Bay, now and for future generations.

We want to hear from you! If you cannot attend this pop-up event but would like to contribute your thoughts on your values for the future of our shoreline, please take this seven-minute survey.

Event Note: BCDC will be tabling alongside the City of San Rafael staff from 6pm to 7pm before the movie begins. The movie being shown for this event is “The Super Mario Brothers – en español” (Rated PG), and will include English subtitles.

ABOUT THE EVENT

The City of San Rafael hosts a FREE Friday Night Movies in the Park! Stop by to say hello, meet the City of San Rafael team members from various City departments, and find out what’s happening in San Rafael. Enjoy some free snacks while learning about City services.
