Thank you to those who provided public comment on the Draft Regional Shoreline Adaptation Plan (RSAP). We received over 300 letters and testimonies, including those from dozens of Bay Area residents who testified in person or via Zoom.

BCDC staff reviewed and responded to all public comments, which has resulted in a refined and improved RSAP to better meet the unique needs of our Bay Area communities and our shared shoreline. A revised draft of the RSAP will be considered by BCDC’s Commission for a vote on December 5, 2024. To learn more about the RSAP, visit the RSAP about page.
