During this meeting, the Leadership Advisory Group discussed BCDC’s intention to lead a regional shoreline adaptation plan, review and get feedback on current concepts and timeline, composition of the advisory committee, and gauge level of interest and commitment of Advisory Group members.

During this meeting, the Leadership Advisory Group discussed the approach and timeline for advancing a regional effort, gained agreement on an organizational structure and process, and began identifying specific partnership opportunities.

BayAdapt reached a major milestone!
On June 21, 2021, the Leadership Advisory Group reached consensus that Joint Platform 2.0 is ready to advance for additional public outreach and implementation planning.
On June 24, 2021, the Leadership Advisory Group received a briefing on legislation and state budget, explored the path forward on Bay Adapt Implementation, and conferred on next steps for public and leadership engagement.
